Ethical Values

Our operations are guided by ethical principles. We demand and ensure that our production process meets not only high quality standards but also adheres to widely held ethical norms. Regular monitoring of workplace conditions in all our production countries ensures that our standards are enforced. We mandate that all factories follow local laws as well as international norms relating to workplace conditions and human rights.

We do not use forced or child labor in our production. We monitor to ensure that factory workers are treated with respect and that they are not subject to physical, sexual or psychological harassment or abuse.

We also require that all workers at subcontracted factories are treated fairly without age, race, gender, religious or other discrimination of any sort.

We also require that the safety of all factory employees is guaranteed by maintaining work areas and machinery in appropriate conditions. We also demand that work weeks never exceed 48 hours, that all workers receive at least one day off per week, and that all are fairly compensated for any overtime.
